We provide professional repair and maintenance services for Siemens home appliances. All bookings are subject to technician availability.
A standard diagnostic/call-out fee applies for the home visit and fault assessment. This fee is discussed and confirmed before scheduling. If you decide to proceed with the quoted repair work, the diagnostic fee may be absorbed into or added to the overall repair cost, as agreed upon during the booking.
Our technician will inspect the appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide a clear written estimate before any repair work starts. We will never perform repairs or charge you for unauthorized work. Once you sign or verbally agree to the estimate, the repair will be conducted.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods as discussed. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time slot to avoid any cancellation processing difficulties.
We source and install genuine Siemens manufacturer parts for repairs. Every repair comes with a warranty on the specific parts replaced. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the type of part and will be explicitly stated on your written receipt. This warranty only covers the specific parts replaced and does not cover other unrelated failures of the appliance.
While we carry out repairs to the highest standards, JAMSHAID JAVED LANDSCAPE & GARDENING L.L.C is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or repair services, except as mandated by consumer protection laws in the UAE.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
